Services in Dev may continue to be worked on, but with limited access those will be handled outside this announcement.
The vendor has not yet announced they have fully restored normal service, so there is still a chance of additional interruption, but currently we do not appear to have any services unavailable. One Production server still is offline, but it is not affecting service thanks to the redundant server being restored.

The databases and servers are starting to come back online. We're working to restart applications where we can. It will take some time to verify everything is started and running properly again.

An outage at our cloud service provider is affecting multiple servers, including Degree Works, Admin Pages, Job Submission, and the databases for Degree Works (Prod and Test) and Banner Test and Dev environments.
Servers for Production Self Service applications so far appear unaffected.
We do not yet have an ETA from the vendor on a resolution.
