Application Navigator, the outer frame portion of Admin Pages, was restarted this afternoon. If you were using Admin Pages, it's possible you saw an error, or a full page refresh as you were re-authenticated to Application Navigator. Work done in Admin Pages themselves should not have been affected, other than the time taken by the page refresh.
